What are the Economic Developemt Incentives for the City of Pittsfield?

The City has a revolving loan program available to new businesses and existing businesses that plan to expand. An application can be obtained from City Hall at 215 N. Monroe. The City Council has created a Tax Increment Financing District. Funds created from the District will be used to assist developers with infrastructure needs. Funds will also be used to update City owned infrastructure. The City also has a Facade Revolving Loan Program, which is available to business owners to repair the exterior of their buildings.
