The Street Department is located in the new Public Works Facility building, which is east of King Park.

The Street Department oversees the maintenance and repair of the streets, alleys and other infrastructure relating to vehicle and pedestrian transportation street.

Burn Pile Hours

The burn pile is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours may vary depending on weather conditions. Please call City Hall at 217-285-4484 to confirm availability before visiting.
