The City of Pittsfield is accepting bids for the 2-story renovation and expansion project. The scope of the work includes all labor and materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision to install and place in service the electric service, electronics, and communications equipment as indicated on the drawings and project manual. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements.

Insurance Requirement: Contractors must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of 1,000,000. Liability.
Bid Submission Requirements:
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents.
Bids should include pricing, scope of work, qualifications, and any other relevant information.
Bids must be submitted by January 31, 2024 at 4:00 pm to City Hall 215 N. Monroe Street, Pittsfield, IL 62363.
The bid opening will take place on January 31, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Pittsfield City Hall, 215 N. Monroe St. Pittsfield, Il. 62363 at 2PM CT.
