New concrete is being poured for a new shelter at Lake Pittsfield frisbee golf course. This project is being sponsored by the Pike County Rotary Club.

GFL has announced that on May 1, 2023, a rate decrease occured on residential monthly trash pick-up. Cost will be $21 per month plus a percentage cost for an Environmental charge and a fuel surcharge. This should make the average bill approximately $92-$93 dollars per quarter. This rate is for existing customers as well as new customers.

The boil order issued May 2, 2023 affecting County Highway 3 (Lakeview Heights) from
The Pike County Highway Building North. Including Panther Creek, Lakeview Drive and Justice Drive.,
has been lifted. Laboratory sampling confirms that water quality has been
fully restored. You may return to normal use of your water service.
