We’ve been notified that some residents did not receive their utility bills in the mail this month. Bills were sent out on December 1st, but delivery delays have been reported.

You can always access your bill online at pittsfieldil.org by selecting “Pay Bill.” You’ll need your book number and account number to log in.

We also offer free automatic payments and e-billing, so you can receive your bill by email instead of relying on mail delivery.
