At about 8:00 AM on February 17, 2026, the City of Pittsfield water system in the affected area lost pressure due to the replacement of a regulator on Shetland dr. This caused the affected area of the city to lose volume and fall below the 20 Psi threshold.
The BOIL ORDER will remain in effect until laboratory sampling confirms that water quality has been fully restored. You will receive notification at that time.
